Senior Technical Recruiter
Job description
Arctiq is a global, intelligence-driven technology services company delivering professional and managed services across Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, Networking & Connected Experiences, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Autonomous Operations & Intelligence, and Enterprise Service Management. We help organizations operate, secure, and modernize complex environments by unifying infrastructure, networking, data, security, automation, and observability under a single, integrated operating model.
Our work focuses on helping customers reduce operational friction, improve resilience, and make better, faster decisions as their environments evolve. Arctiq builds on decades of industry expertise and a customer-centric ethos to deliver exceptional value to clients across diverse industries. We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team at Arctiq to own the full recruiting lifecycle for client project and staffing roles, from intake through placement and beyond, across Network & Systems Engineering, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Security, and other areas.
Please note, this is not an agency environment. You will join the Recruiting team supporting our Professional Services and Staffing divisions within Arctiq, a technology services company, working as a partner to the business and our clients alongside colleagues in sales, delivery, and our technical practices. With access to in-house technical experts and the stability and resources of an established corporate organization, you will focus on quality and fit.
You will be trusted to manage your own searches and prioritize your time to deliver great hires. This is a hybrid role with two days/week onsite in our Blue Bell, PA office.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for client-facing positions across technical domain including full-time, contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements. Partner with clients, Client Directors and hiring leaders to run in-depth intake sessions, define role requirements, set expectations on timelines and compensation, and build targeted search strategies.
Source, screen, and engage high-quality active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and direct outreach. Present qualified, well-vetted candidates to clients, manage submittals and interview feedback, and drive offers through negotiation, acceptance, and onboarding. Advise clients and candidates on market conditions and talent availability to align expectations and close hard-to-fill roles.
Join client calls to gather requirements, provide market intelligence, and align on hiring priorities. Build and maintain a deep pipeline of qualified candidates and a ready talent bench to meet current and anticipated client demand. Maintain a strong, consistent LinkedIn presence to increase visibility, engage talent communities, and promote open opportunities.
Deliver an exceptional candidate and consultant experience from first contact through onboarding and active assignment, including check-ins to support retention and redeployment. Contribute to the development and optimization of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and outcomes.
Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence in the staffing and recruiting landscape. Represent the Arctiq brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least three years in a staffing or agency environment, with a strong focus on technical roles across Network & Systems Engineering, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Security, and other areas. Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across clients, business units, and skill sets while consistently meeting placement goals.
Experience with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements, including a working understanding of pay rates, bill rates, and margins. Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships. Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills. Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency, a passion for talent acquisition, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
