Food & Beverage Outlets Manager

Join Our Team as a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown! At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for an inspiring and charismatic Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead our front-of-house dining venues, including the award-winning Montford Rooftop Bar . In this highly visible role, you will be the face of our hospitality—overseeing daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services.

You will mentor a passionate team, elevate service quality, and craft inviting atmospheres that keep both hotel guests and locals coming back for more. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations in multiple food and beverage outlets, including the Montford Rooftop Bar. Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and providing performance feedback.

Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and manage food delivery processes. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all outlets. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control, reducing waste and cost. Ensure that all service areas meet company standards for presentation, cleanliness, and customer care.

Handle guest complaints and feedback, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally. Assist in the development and execution of new menus, promotions, and special events to boost revenue. What You’ll Need: 3+ years of F&B operations experience, with supervisory experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills .
