Job Details The General Maintenance person provides the hospital with a variety of maintenance services in the areas of plumbing, electric and HVAC.

Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance on HVAC equipment Be able to work on BMS System (computer) Change Belts on Air Handlers Clear Drains Change Filters Snow removal Requirements : High School Diploma, G.E.D. or relative experience 3-4 years general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and power plant watch duties Valid Driver's License Salary Range USD $28.00

• USD $34.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
