CCBHC Community Support Team (CST) Mental Health Professional

The CST Mental Health Professional primarily focuses on direct service delivery, case management, and skills training under the supervision of a QMHP or LPHA. Uses a multi-disciplinary, multi-service, and systemic approach, provides a range of community, and home-based services serving adults with complex, high risk, and high-need mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Works with diverse staff and client populations.
