Medical Administrative Assistant Location: Office-based Business Hours: Monday

• Company 401K with 4% company matching The responsibilities of our Administrative Medical Assistant include:
• Answer incoming calls from patients, families, and referral sources
• Greet visitors and manage front desk
• Assist with scheduling tasks/patient visits for clinical staff
• Coordinate schedules and communicate updates to field staff
• Process mail, faxes, and electronic documents
• Maintain organized patient and clinical files
• Assist with data entry and documentation in EMR systems
• Support billing processes including scanning invoices and reconciling visit logs
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies
• Prepare meetings, manage equipment and support projects
• All other duties as assigned Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of office, admin or scheduling experience
• Prior home health or healthcare experience preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Job Conditions:
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs
