ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 1992 and is a well-established team of eight built on experience, consistency, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a commercial underwriter, bringing a deep understanding of the industry into how we serve our clients. I attended the University of Louisiana Monroe and am married with one child.

We enjoy spending time together traveling and staying active through sports. We stay involved in the community through various fundraising events and local initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
