Eligibility Specialist

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ELIGIBILITY SPECIALIST

You'll spend your day helping maintain the accuracy of employee eligibility records. You will enter eligibility information into internal systems, process updates involving new employees and terminated employees, make adjustments to demographic information, request identification cards when needed, and review files received from employers. Throughout the day, you'll use your organizational skills to ensure information is entered correctly and processes continue moving smoothly for both internal teams and customers.
