You will co-ordinate with the other mechanical engineers as well as engineers from other disciplines in the best interest of the projects your are assigned to. The position reports to the Mechanical Engineering Department Manager. You will carry out the following activities: Prepare and check technical documents, including: Modeling and calculations Drawings Specifications Vendor documents Technical Tabulations Technical bid evaluation Co-ordinate with companies supplying engineering services Participate in internal meetings and in meetings with clients and suppliers Supervision of fabrication at vendor shops in Israel & worldwide might be required Required profile: B.

Sc. in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferably within the industry (Engineering company, Chemical Process/Oil & Gas industries) Proficiency in Solid. Works Proficient in MS Office applications Fluent English spoken and written Specific knowledge in GRP/FRP is advantageous Competency in FEA is advantageous Knowledge of ASME codes for vessels is advantageous Knowledge of composite materials is advantageous Basic knowledge of QA/QC requirements is advantageous Well organized professional with excellent communication skills, capable of multitasking and maintaining a high standard of quality under pressure.
