Create and manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google platforms Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI Create performance reports and implement data-driven improvements Manage marketing budget and explore new marketing opportunities Collaborate with content team to align marketing messages Required Qualifications Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn) Proficiency in social media analytics and Google Analytics Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization Good understanding of digital marketing trends Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
