Job description
The Charge Nurse provides leadership and oversight of client care by supervising nursing and behavioral health staff, ensuring adherence to the treatment program, and maintaining a safe, ethical and therapeutic environment. This role serves as the on-duty clinical leader during assigned shifts, supports continuity of care, and upholds all regulatory, accreditation and organizational standards.
The Charge Nurse collaborates as part of a multidisciplinary team to support individuals and families engaged in addiction and behavioral health treatment.
