Job description
As a Project Manager at Advantech, you will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for Advantech UTC or AURES , overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to market launch. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure seamless resource integration and efficient processes to deliver scalable solutions for the retail, hospitality, and service industries.
Responsibilities
Lead projects for POS and Kiosk solutions in the iRetail domain. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards, aligning with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success. Oversee the project lifecycle, maintaining strict quality control at every stage.
Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables with strategic precision. Optimize development costs and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Expertise in project goal setting, scope management, and business alignment. Skilled in cost control, resource allocation, and balancing priorities. Strong collaborative skills to effectively work with cross-departmental teams.
Experience in maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
