Qualifications

Under direct supervision of the Executive Director of F&B, manages and oversees the Beverage function, bars and lounges. Ensures customer service standards are maintained. HS Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in hospitality, or related field preferred. A minimum of five years bar experience preferred or a combination of education and experience.

Two years of supervisory experience required. Casino experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation. Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
