Team : Human Resources Travel Requirement: Visit to Bhiwandi warehouse 1–2 times per week Experience: 3+ Years Qualification: Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline About the Role We are looking for an HR Executive/HR Generalist to support our warehouse operations at Kalki Fashion.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing blue-collar workforce and a good understanding of statutory compliance, employee relations, and day to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage HR operations for warehouse employees, including onboarding, attendance, and employee records.  Monitor attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records of warehouse employees. Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate wage processing.  Handle recruitment and workforce management for blue-collar and contractual employees.

 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shop & Establishment Act, and other applicable regulations.  Support POSH implementation, employee grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.  Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for manpower-related activities.  Manage relationships with manpower vendors and labour contractors.

 Ensure contractor compliance with labour laws and company requirements.  Maintain HR documentation and compliance records.  Drive employee relations initiatives, including grievance handling, employee counselling, disciplinary actions, and workplace discipline management to ensure a harmonious and productive workforce.

 Partner with warehouse management to address manpower planning and employee issues.

Requirements

 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, retail, or similar environments.  Experience in managing blue-collar workforce is essential.  Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shop & Establishment compliance, and POSH.  Strong interpersonal and employee-handling skills.  Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.

 Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation.  Willingness to travel to the Bhiwandi warehouse once or twice a week.
