Minimum Qualifications

· Must have at least three month TGASK experience · Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs. but only with assistance of other team member or mechanical equipment · Good communication skills · Must be able to use small hand tools; bend, kneel, stoop and twist · Good organizational skills · Must have received no written corrective action · Basic leadership and computer skills · Must have six points or less under Company’s Attendance Control System · Basic knowledge of TPS · Responsibilities: Item Description 1. 2. Ensure Safety Perform pre-shift and post-shift checks 3. 4. Equipment readiness prior to shift Coordination of maintenance issues 5. Leading problem solving activities 6. Ability to perform all jobs; Relief work when necessary 7. Familiar with QC items 8. Perform quality checks (F / L piece checks 9. Process Condition Standards 10. Standardized Work training; Standardized Work Verification 11. Troubleshooting for Team Members 12. Ensure 5S rules are followed; Kaizen 13. Team Member rotation; Team Member training; update training matrix 14. Kanban System (rules and processing); Monthly Kanban adjustments 15. Ensure production numbers are met 16. Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties; other duties as assigned
