Description Shade Hotel Redondo Beach is seeking a sharp, warm and charismatic Front Desk Supervisor. Must Have Hotel Experience We are a hospitality-driven company and are looking for upbeat, people-oriented, team player personalities who work quickly and efficiently and want to see our guests have the best experience every time that they come into our hotel!

COMPENSATION

Starting at $23/hr plus commission! | Multiple Incentive Programs: Commissions are added to bi-weekly pay check| Fully paid medical and dental benefits | vision insurance available | 401K (with match) after qualifying period | 7 paid holidays | 2 weeks vacation starting in the first year | sick pay | Highly discounted meal and room rates | Positive and fun culture | opportunities for advancement | employee assistance program | WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the front office during the busiest periods with greeting and registering guests upon arrival and departure, as well as attending to all of their reception, concierge, luggage and cashiering requirements during their stay.

Ensure that the highest standard of guest care and service is met at all times. HOURS : 40 hours a week. Ability and willingness to work any shifts as business volume dictates weekly schedule. You are an inspiring leader who loves leading an outstanding team and developing talent too. Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Prior hotel front desk or supervisor experience required. Boutique hotel property experience is a plus.
