Warehouse System Support III | Fort Worth, TX

The IT Warehouse System Support III serves as the senior technical resource for the TTI warehouse, responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining warehouse hardware, software, and connected systems while proactively working to prevent unplanned downtime and ensure timely resolution of critical IT issues. The role owns advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution beyond first and second level support and provides technical guidance to the team.

Coordinates with internal key stakeholders and external, third-party service providers. Operates with a high degree of independence and exercises sound judgment on complex issues.
