Field Service Technician Mobile Mechanic

Field Service Technician Wallwork Truck Center | Starting at $40+ per hour, based on experience Take your diesel repair skills on the road. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks wherever the work takes you, whether that’s over the road, at a customer location, or on a worksite. You’ll manage your work independently and support the branch shop when needed.

What you’ll do Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, emissions, brake, steering, and hydraulic issues Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, component replacements, and test drives Communicate repair findings clearly with customers and your supporting branch Keep accurate service records and maintain your service truck, tools, and parts inventory Respond to service needs while on call and assist in the shop as workload changes What you’ll bring At least five years of diesel technician experience A valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with little supervision A Class B or higher CDL is preferred but not required If you enjoy solving tough problems, working independently, and taking ownership of your day, apply today to join Wallwork Truck Center as a Field Service Technician.
