ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Manage/Monitor help desk support for end users. Provide end user support for mobile devices and Windows desktop support. Manage the company’s mobile device accounts. Assist in various network and infrastructure support and maintenance needs. Assist in support and maintenance of the Dealer Business System.

Provide support for the office phone systems. Assist in computer refreshes. Effectively create documentation to support end user needs. Maintain a safe working environment and always adhere to company safety program. Customer Service Responsibilities: Resolve customer’s concerns efficiently and effectively. Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services, and support of all staff.

Always promote a positive attitude. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Exhibit Birkey’s high level of customer service daily. Acknowledge appreciation of clients and customers. This organization reserves the right to revise the essential position functions as the need arises.

• Preferred - associate degree or its equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in providing support and troubleshooting to end users.

• Excellent skills in both troubleshooting and multi-tasking.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
