Automotive Technician

Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Automotive Technician currently based in our Baldwin Park, CA warehouse. The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing and performing a broad range of complex vehicle repairs and maintenance work as assigned, and in accordance with factory specifications and standards.

General Responsibilities Ability to report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfil the job requirements for the duration of the shift or until relieved of all duties by a direct supervisor. Reliable and predictable attendance. Ability to understand and follow directions from a supervisor.

Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures. Ability to interact cordially and productively with co-workers to accomplish common tasks. Ability to receive constructive criticism in a professional manner. Ability to cope with stressful circumstances. Perform all work-related tasks as needed or assigned by a direct supervisor.

For positions that require operating a company vehicle, maintains a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. 20-34.75 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (required) Completion of an accredited vocational automotive school is highly preferred A minimum of 1-5 years of related automotive repair required Advanced understanding of technical Competencies Use computer diagnostic equipment, manual dexterity and physical Stamina, and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment Valid Class C driver’s license (required) Ability to lift 51-100 lbs.
