We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with strong boiler and WSHP experience who takes pride in solving problems and delivering quality work. 🔧 What You’ll Do You’ll play a critical role in keeping our properties operating at peak performance. Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and boiler systems Perform preventative maintenance across: Split systems (electric and gas) Steam and high-pressure hot water boilers Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP) Fan Coil Units (FCU) Troubleshoot burners, flame safeguards, pumps, and control systems Review and work within building automation systems Complete service requests accurately and on time Partner with property teams to resolve resident concerns quickly and effectively Maintain inventory, tools, and detailed service records Support on-call emergencies (weekends and after-hours required) 🧰 What You Bring 5+ years of HVAC and boiler experience HVAC Certification (Required) Boiler + WSHP experience (Required) Stationary Engineer license (Preferred) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read systems, controls, and technical documentation Valid driver’s license + vehicle (required) Own basic tools and strong safety practices 💰 What We Offer $37–$40/hour + mileage reimbursement Full benefits: medical, dental, vision Paid time off Stable, year-round work with a growing company Opportunity to expand your technical skillset Sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days of employment with proficiency rating or higher for new hire review period 🚀 Why Silliman?
