Talent Experience Partner ( $10,000 Dollar Sign on Bonus)

The Talent Experience Partner manages day-to-day recruitment activities for their assigned programs under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition, supporting the Agency’s staffing needs through candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers. This role also supports Becoming People’s Arc by promoting the Agency’s mission and values throughout the candidate experience, building community partnerships, and contributing to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
