Working with Business Analysts to understand user requirement and provide mapping to Service. Now workflow processes. Provide technical inputs during solutioning workshops and meetings with business analysts and users Responsible for the solution designing and development using Service. Now leveraging on Now Platform App Engine Create custom applications including creating service catalogues and configurations of workflows per user requirements Conduct SIT and documentation on test results Develop UAT test plans for user acceptance testing and sign-off Rectify defects identified during UAT or post go live Provide technical inputs in the Service. Now Solution Architecture design to support scalability and interoperability of common components Provide technical documentation from solution design to deployment for hand over to post production operations support Provide Service. Now Application development cross training to other team members About you Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or foreign equivalent from a recognized university. At least 8 years IT application experience and 3- 5 years of development experience with Service. Now including both client and server side scripting Experience with integrating applications with Service. Now Be able to work independently and ensure strict timelines are met without continuous technical supervision Good to have experience in other ITSM/ITBM modules in Service.
