Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team.

We can consider candidates based in: Montevideo/Mexico City/Bogotá/Buenos Aires Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with LATAM affiliates and marketing partners. Internal Coordination: Work with Business Development Executives (BDEs), Marketing Traffickers, and internal teams to execute campaigns, provide tracking links, and fulfill partner requests.

Strategy & Growth: Analyze affiliate performance, audience channels, and trading models to identify growth opportunities, re-engage inactive partners, and boost conversions and deposits. Content & Campaign Support: Provide partners with HFM product details, promotional ideas, tailored messaging, and content concepts (social media, webinars, videos, educational materials).

Execution & Compliance: Monitor campaign rollout to ensure partners execute plans as agreed while aligning with HFM brand and compliance standards. Reporting & Market Insights: Track partner activity, report on performance metrics, and share market and competitor trends with management and the regional team.

Requirements

Experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, influencer marketing, growth marketing or digital marketing. Ideally, experience within FX/CFD, fintech, financial services, crypto or another performance-driven digital industry. Commercially minded, relationship-oriented and comfortable discussing marketing strategies, audiences, content and campaign ideas with partners.

Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing. LATAM market experience and an existing affiliate/partner network would be a strong advantage. Spanish is mandatory, English is required, Portuguese would be a strong advantage, particularly for candidates covering Brazil. Resumes must be submitted in English.
