• Registered Nurse . $44.96 to $58.66 per hour based on skills and experience. Flexibility to consider 24 or 32 hours/week. D eficiency Free on Recent Survey! Infection Preventionist RN
• Registered Nurse Qualifications: Current MA RN
• Registered Nurse License. 2 years of prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility required. Certification in Infection Control and Epidemiology or Certification from the CDC's “Nursing Home Infection Preventionist Training Course” or willingness to be certified within 2 months of hire. Expertise in DPH regulation, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Current BLS certification. Infection Preventionist RN
• Registered Nurse Job Summary: Develops, implements and evaluates the St. Patrick's Manor infection prevention program. Develops an annual surveillance plan based on the population served, services provided, and analysis of surveillance data. Creates periodic written and oral reports/recommendations to the Director of Nursing. Provides leadership, supervision and educational principles on infection prevention and control for staff. Arranges opportunities for meaningful education programs and staff trainings during the year. Compiles necessary reports for DPH and other regulatory agencies as required.
