Provide an accessible management representative for guests, directing all guest comments and feedback to relevant departments To ensure the Kids Club program for the clients (adults and kids). Create a personal and mature service to guests, pairing them with suitable activities for their particular demographic To ensure the activities of the team and to ensure that the highest standards of facilities and services are established and guest expectations is maintained with at all times Communication with Director of Child Care, ensuring the distribution of accurate and timely reports Ensuring company procedures are followed and relevant documentation is completed To attend meeting when required and share information with the team Actively participates in and oversees the provision of excellent service to guests Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement Logs IN and OUT time in the daily attendance sheet and ensures punctuality to shift Verifies that all delegated duties are carried out in accordance with the Resort’s standards and policy Ensure all SOP(s) are followed and executed in a professional manner Suggests and Implements any cost-saving policy Read and sign the log book daily Not the right fit?
