Assistant Manager SALARY: £16.00 per hour (up to £33,000 per annum) Note: Available on either an hourly rate or salaried basis depending on candidate HOURS: Full-time LOCATION: Berwick Street, Soho London OPPORTUNITY : RECENT OPENING. We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Assistant Manager to join Saltwater , our newly opened Australian-inspired sushi Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Soho.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, with a clear, short-term progression pathway to Assistant General Manager. About Saltwater: Saltwater is a modern QSR inspired by Australia's vibrant Japanese food culture. We serve freshly prepared sushi and hot rice bowls, combining restaurant-quality food with the speed and convenience of quick service.

Our philosophy: restaurant-quality food, served fast, with Australian soul. Who We're Looking For: Experience in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual dining environment. A positive, welcoming personality with a hands-on, can-do attitude. Natural leadership skills and the confidence to motivate a team. Strong food safety knowledge and attention to detail.

Reliable, organised and proactive, with a desire to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Lead fast-paced shifts, ensuring efficient service and consistent standards. Coach and motivate the team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Maintain food safety, hygiene and operational standards. Drive sales, improve efficiency and support business growth. Support senior management with daily operations.
