Partner with Engineering on holds, dispositions, restarts, and priority concerns, and investigate issues to minimize impacts on cycle time and customer commitments. Escalation Management & Problem Resolution Own operational escalations from identification through resolution, leading cross-functional recovery from manufacturing constraints, engineering issues, equipment downtime, material shortages, and workflow disruptions.
Resolve delivery-impacting issues, escalate complex concerns to leadership when needed, and track recovery actions through completion with clear stakeholder updates. Operational Improvement Support new manufacturing processes, automation initiatives, visibility tools, and workflow improvements. Recommend and participate in improvements to cycle time, throughput, inventory management, communication, and customer delivery performance.
