Receiving Supervisor

This role supports daily warehouse and receiving operations within our Monroe Fulfillment Center by leading teams, coordinating inventory flow, and ensuring products are received, stored, and replenished safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and enjoys developing employees while driving operational excellence.

What You'll Do

You'll help oversee warehouse and receiving operations while ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and customer service goals are met. You'll also be responsible for:

• Supervising, training, and coaching warehouse team members
• Coordinating daily receiving, inventory, replenishment, and product movement activities
• Prioritizing workloads and assigning tasks to meet operational goals
• Monitoring productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy
• Training employees on warehouse equipment, processes, and safety procedures
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, employee development, and performance management
• Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software to track operations
• Leading safety initiatives and promoting a safe work environment
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
• Assisting with warehouse operations, including forklift operation, receiving, and inventory activities as needed
