Job Details: Salary Range: Undisclosed, To ensure guests feel welcome and let them know we appreciate them. To interact with guests, control flow of business, answer the phone and assist the guest needs.Qualifications: Major Areas of Responsibility:

1. Demonstrates highly developed public relations skills
2. Demonstrates the ability to handle all situations diplomatically and professionally
3. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Company standards and the offered products and services.
4. Responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests upon arrival
5. Assist in creating a guests’ craving to return
6. Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of all positions within the restaurant as well as other related operational procedures
7. Able to greet multiple guests at one time
8. Warmly thanks and says goodnight to all guests exiting the restaurants
9. Able to answer the phone in a timely, pleasant, courteous and informed manner
10. Sets up hostess stand for use throughout night
11. Keeps hostess stand fully stocked at all times
12. Is able to accurately record appropriate information for a reservation.
13. Demonstrates courteous, informed and professional behavior at all times
14. Utilizes Company cultural training and available services to ensure that guests experience supersedes expectations
