We're seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage sophisticated matters outside of the personal injury and contingent-fee space, while contributing to high-quality client service across our civil litigation practice.

Position Overview

The Litigation Attorney will manage cases from inception to resolution, working independently while collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on strategy. This position is ideal for a seasoned litigator — 7 to 10 years of civil litigation experience preferred — with strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills, who may bring an established book of business to the role.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in all phases of litigation — pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, settlement negotiations, arbitration, and trial ? Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and other court filings ? Manage written discovery and take or defend depositions ? Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications ?

Attend court hearings, status conferences, and mediations ?
