The Service Delivery Engineer will be responsible for Pre-Sales, implementation, troubleshooting, providing technical support (as SME), for Server/Storage, Hyper Converged, Cloud Solutions. The role is based in Mumbai Goregaon.

Qualifications

3yrs - 5yrs Experience in implementation, troubleshooting and technical support Key Skills: Server/Storage/HCI/Database or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Virtualization, Windows, Linux. Experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecting & Implementation Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Specific technical certification on technologies like Nutanix, VMware, RED HAT, DELL/HP.
