What You’ll Do Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships Manage roofing projects from initial sales through final completion Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders Coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and internal operations Maintain job quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing A strong track record in sales and project management Knowledge of commercial construction markets, including property management, insurance, and REITs Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through A valid driver’s license and the ability to access rooftops Benefits & Perks Health and dental insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Car allowance or company vehicle Real, uncapped earning potential
