HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations and providing guidance to associates and managers on HR-related matters. This role partners with leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, payroll support, compliance, and policy administration.

The HR Generalist plays a key role in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while delivering exceptional customer service to associates, support to supervisors and managers and support of the overall mission, values, and objectives of AC Pro.
