Seasonal Open Enrollment Case Manager Location: Waxahachie, TX Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Seasonal Open Enrollment Case Manager to join our team in Waxahachie, TX. This temporary position plays a critical role during the open enrollment period by assisting employees and clients with benefits enrollment, resolving case issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Assist employees and clients with open enrollment questions and concerns via phone, email, or in-person. Review and process enrollment forms and documentation accurately and timely. Investigate and resolve case issues related to benefits enrollment, eligibility, and coverage. Collaborate with benefits providers and internal teams to ensure accurate data and timely resolution of cases.

Maintain detailed records of case activities and communications. Provide clear and concise communication to employees regarding their benefits options and enrollment status. Support the benefits team with administrative tasks as needed during the open enrollment period.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in benefits administration, case management, or customer service is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Work Schedule This is a seasonal position primarily during the open enrollment period. Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends may be required.
