Job description

Product Design Intern (UX/UI) Shape the future. Design the extraordinary. Launch with us. The Opportunity That Doesn't Knock Twice We're not looking for someone to fetch coffee or sit in the corner taking notes. We're looking for a designer who wants to actually design, someone who's ready to own real projects, ship real products, and make a real impact from day one.

You'll be working on our upcoming product launch (yes, the big one) and other mind-bending initiatives that'll make your portfolio so good that other companies will wonder where you came from. What You'll Actually Do Design work that matters: Craft beautiful, intuitive SaaS applications that users actually love Create wild, experimental web apps and sites that make people go "wait, how did they do that?

" Own end-to-end design projects, from napkin sketches to pixel-perfect prototypes Work directly with founders and the product team (no endless approval chains) Ship your designs into production and see real users interact with your work This isn't about making things pretty. It's about solving real problems, understanding users deeply, and designing experiences that feel like magic.

Who We're Looking For The basics: Final year students, fresh graduates, or dropouts who chose a different path Minimum 5 projects or case studies in your portfolio (even sample/personal projects count, we care about your thinking, not just client work) Solid grasp of UX/UI fundamentals: design principles, user psychology, information architecture, typography, color theory Comfortable with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, pick your weapon) You know how the web works and what's possible (and impossible) The intangibles we actually care about: You obsess over details that most people don't notice You can explain why you made every design decision You're a fast learner who doesn't need hand-holding You're curious, hungry, and slightly unreasonable about quality You ask "what if?

" more than "that's how it's done" Bonus points if: You have strong opinions about micro-interactions Your portfolio has at least one project that made you stay up all night because you couldn't stop iterating You follow design trends but aren't afraid to break them The Deal (Let's Be Transparent) The Reality Check: This is an unpaid internship.

We're a startup building something real, and we can't pretend otherwise right now. The Upside: PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) on the table. Prove yourself and you'll get a full-time offer at 25% above industry standards Real work, real ownership, real portfolio pieces Learn from a team that's done this before Mentorship that'll compress years of learning into months The kind of environment where your ideas don't die in Slack threads Timeline: This is immediate hiring.

We're moving fast, and we need someone who can keep up. Why Join a Startup as Your First Gig? Because at a big company, you'll spend your first year learning their design system and attending meetings about meetings. Here, you'll: Design products that'll be used by thousands (hopefully millions) Make decisions that actually matter Fail fast, learn faster, and ship even faster Build a portfolio that makes recruiters double-take Work with people who care more about what you build than what school you went to How to Apply Fill the form: Your portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, personal site, PDF, whatever showcases your best work) A short note (3-5 sentences) about: Your favorite project and why you're proud of it One design decision you made that most people wouldn't notice, but you obsess over Why do you want to join a startup right now No cover letters written by ChatGPT.

No generic applications. Just you, being real. The Fine Print Location: Delhi NCR Duration: 3 Months Start Date: ASAP (seriously, we're launching soon) Work Mode: Remote One Last Thing We're not hiring for culture fit. We're hiring for culture add. Bring your weird ideas, your unconventional thinking, and your unreasonable standards.

If you're the kind of person who's already redesigned our website in your head while reading this, we should talk. Ready? Let's build something crazy together.
