Lead Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood education principles, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy and math skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori techniques, to enhance children's learning experiences. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress in literacy education and math skills.

Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development through early intervention strategies. Prepare students for standardized testing by incorporating relevant skills into daily activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is safe for all students.

Experience Previous experience in a classroom setting, preferably in a private school or preschool environment. Familiarity with early childhood education practices, including lesson planning and classroom management. Knowledge of literacy education, math concepts, and behavior management techniques is essential. Experience with early intervention strategies is a plus.
