Further information is available at www.paysafe.com. Paysafe is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Manager (Mar. Tech) to translate Mar. Tech strategy into scalable platforms, connected data, and consumer-focused digital experiences. The role manages the day-to-day evolution of the global marketing technology ecosystem, enabling marketing teams to deliver more relevant, consistent, and measurable experiences across the consumer lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding through engagement, retention, and win-back.

Working closely with Operations, Product, Data, IT, Legal, Privacy, and Global Marketing teams, the Senior Mar. Tech Manager will lead platform roadmaps, integrations, governance, adoption, and continuous optimization. The role combines technical fluency with a strong understanding of consumer journeys and uses data, automation, experimentation, and AI responsibly to improve experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Mar. Tech Roadmap & Platform Management Consumer Experience & Lifecycle Enablement Data Infrastructure, Quality & Governance Analytics, Insights & Enablement Cross-Functional Partnership Financial & Vendor Management Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or additional relevant experience.

7–10+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital experience, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience with enterprise Mar. Tech platforms such as marketing automation, CRM, CDP, analytics, CMS, personalization, or experimentation tools. Experience enabling consumer lifecycle journeys, segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel activation a plus.

Proven experience delivering platform enhancements, integrations, governance, and adoption across cross-functional teams. Working knowledge of data privacy, consent, preference management, and regulated customer communications; fintech experience is preferred. Experience managing vendors, budgets, roadmaps, and complex delivery plans.

Professional Skills Strong blend of technical, operational, and consumer experience expertise. Able to translate strategy into practical roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans. Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Highly organized, with disciplined governance, documentation, and prioritization.

Commercially minded and focused on measurable outcomes, adoption, and continuous improvement. Comfortable working across global teams, markets, and functions in a matrix environment.
