Senior Print & Mail Customer Service Rep

About the Opportunity An established printing and direct-mail business is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts and coordinate print and mailing projects from order through completion. This remote position is ideal for someone with commercial printing or direct-mail experience who can independently manage customer relationships, coordinate production requirements, monitor deadlines, and ensure accurate and timely billing.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate orders, quotes, proofs, and approvals. Review job specifications and ensure accurate work orders. Coordinate with data processing, printing, production, mailing, and accounting teams. Monitor job progress, deadlines, and customer requirements.

Understand print specifications, finishing, variable data, and direct-mail workflows. Coordinate mailing requirements, quantities, and postage details. Ensure completed jobs are reviewed and submitted for billing promptly. Resolve customer concerns and follow projects through to completion. Maintain accurate records and protect confidential customer information.

Qualifications

Customer service or account management experience. Commercial printing or direct-mail experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Comfortable working remotely and communicating with production teams throughout the workday.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office.
