Job Purpose Monitor the implantation of day-to-day maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and increase productivity to achieve maintenance KPI’s What you will do in your role Oversee day to day Implementation of maintenance activities to achieve maintenance schedules.

Organize periodical planned and preventive maintenance schedule and implement time plan for all the factory equipment’s and machinery. Supervise any installations to ensure that the application is meeting the required measurements. Document maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs, and reporting to higher management as needed.

Focus in achieving 100% of breakdown analysis and RCA . Assures having all machines Software backups. Responsible for Electrical Breakdowns and troubleshooting progress.

What you will bring

to the role Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. From 2 to 3 experience in Maintenance Engineering. At least 1 year sold experience in Maintenance Manufacturing, preferably FMCG. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting mechanical or Electrical issues. Strong interpersonal skills.
