Spanning 488 acres across two campuses located in Arlington and Fairfax, Virginia.

As a housekeeper, you will assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring common areas are well-maintained, and responding to member requests.

Job Summary

ANCC housekeepers are responsible for providing the highest quality housekeeping service to our members and guests, while maintaining the service standards set forth by the housekeeping management team. Work hard to promote the business and best interests of Army Navy Country Club. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Perform daily scheduled cleaning services as assigned by Manager Surface dusting Vacuum, mop and sweep Clean windows Bathroom cleaning Laundry Iron Perform thorough deep clean of event spaces as required Report all maintenance issues to Manager, immediately Report all safety and security issues to Manager, immediately Communicate with Manager to ensure all guest/member requests are fulfilled Complete all other tasks as assigned by the Service Manager Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The employee in this position must possess the knowledge and skills to demonstrate the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.

The employee in this position should be dependable, trustworthy, able to work well in a team, and lift up to 40lbs. This position requires the employee to communicate effectively with members and guests to ensure that service is provided to them in a professional and responsive manner, and to communicate with co-workers to ensure that job responsibilities are performed in an efficient, effective and safe manner.
