Transportation Engineer/Designer

Description EMCS, Inc. provides a wide range of civil engineering services including transportation engineering, structural engineering, traffic engineering, construction engineering, site development, environmental studies, and surveying. EMCS serves public and private clients in a variety of small and large-scale projects.

The company was founded in 1983 and has offices in Milwaukee, Wausau, and Madison, Wisconsin; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Bergland, Michigan. EMCS has a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced transportation engineer/designer to join our team. This role can be based out of our Madison or Milwaukee office.

Requirements

AS or BS in Civil Engineering Minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in the civil engineering field Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin a plus Previous experience on transportation projects (WisDOT experience a plus) Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or Micro. Station Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment Excellent communication skills Proficiency with MS Office Valid driver’s license EMCS will not sponsor a visa (H-1B, etc.)
