Facilities Maintenance Tech III (Electrician)

Job Details: Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Facilities Technician III We're looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician / Facilities Tech III to help maintain our Fort Myers operation. This isn't a construction job. You're not chasing the next project or reporting to a different jobsite every few months.

You'll work in one primary facility, learn its systems, solve problems, make improvements, and see the results of your work. Lee. What You’ll Do Perform general building maintenance including painting, drywall repair, lighting, plumbing, flooring, and minor mechanical work Complete preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems Troubleshoot issues independently and make sound repair decisions Prioritize daily work orders and respond to service requests with urgency Document completed work accurately in the maintenance system Serve as part of the on-call rotation when required Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures Qualifications: What We’re Looking For High School diploma or equivalent Electrical certification or license preferred; equivalent commercial electrical experience will be considered.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on facilities or building maintenance experience Broad working knowledge of general maintenance trades (no special licensing required) Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English with sufficient fluency to perform duties and communicate safety concerns Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills Valid Florida driver’s license Willingness to work occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed What You’ll Gain A career path into Facilities Management with mentorship and growth opportunities.
