Welcomes guests, seat them at tables or lounge and help to ensure quality and service courteously greet all guests and perform cashier transactions accurately and according to the Company policy. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service Greet guests in a timely manner Provide guests with menus Assign guests to tables Ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up Receive and record guest reservations Settle all customer checks in the system accurately Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Perform other job-related duties as assigned Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Read, write, and communicate verbally in English High School diploma or equivalent ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand for long periods of time Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.

Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
