HR Manager

HR Manager | Hybrid, UK | Permanent | £40,000pa +benefits, [full time or part time] At The CFO Centre, we help ambitious business owners get the expertise they need to grow. Behind every client success is a team of people, and we're looking for an HR Manager to help look after them. The role You'll be the go-to HR expert for 90+ permanent colleagues and a network of 350+ contractors across the UK, Ireland and beyond.

One day you'll be guiding a manager through a tricky situation; the next you'll be reviewing our policies or advising a Regional Director on a contractor query. Reporting to our Head of People, you'll keep us compliant, keep things fair and help our managers lead with confidence. Give clear, practical advice on the full range of employee relations matters Manage ER cases from first conversation to outcome Own principal onboarding Keep our UK and Irish policies current as employment law changes Support people projects across engagement, wellbeing, reward and learning CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) is a bonus Solid experience handling an ER caseload on your own Up-to-date UK employment law; Irish law knowledge is a plus Some international exposure, or a real appetite to build it is a bonus A commercial, calm and confident advisory style Competitive Salary: £40,000pa 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown) Hybrid Working
