📈 RECRUITMENT CONTEXT: As part of its ongoing development and increasing operational activity, the company is seeking to strengthen its Ground Operations leadership structure. This role has been created to support the department’s management and ensure seamless coordination of flight operations and ground services. 💼 POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a Deputy Ground Operations to join the team.

Your responsibilities

Supporting daily flight operations by coordinating flight planning, permits, slots, handling services, and all required ground arrangements Preparing operational documentation such as flight plans, weather analysis, NOTAM briefings, and performance calculations Acting as a key point of contact for crews, service providers, and authorities to ensure smooth operational execution Monitoring flights in real time and providing operational assistance throughout all phases of the journey Assisting in supervising and mentoring the operations team, contributing to recruitment, training, and performance follow-up Driving team engagement and supporting a collaborative and efficient working environment Contributing to compliance monitoring, safety initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement actions Supporting the maintenance and update of operational procedures, manuals, and emergency response processes Acting as a deputy to the Head of Ground Operations when required 👨‍💼 DESIRED PROFILE: Required degree: At least a degree in Aviation, Operations Management, or a related field Desired experience: Proven experience in a similar supervisory or coordination role within an airline, AOC environment, or business aviation Technical skills: Solid understanding of flight operations, dispatch processes, and aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA) Experience in flight planning and operational coordination tools Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities Personal qualities: Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of reactivity, reliability, and adaptability Ability to manage pressure and prioritise in a fast-paced operational context 💰 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Attractive compensation package aligned with experience and responsibilities, including additional benefits and career development opportunities within a growing aviation environment.
