• Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring prompt, courteous, and personalized service at all times.
• Welcome and engage with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor service quality to ensure compliance with IHG brand standards.
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and escalate concerns when necessary. Operations
