• Bay City, MI, Salary Range: $16.50 - $16.50Hourly, 12-Hour Shifts (Shift options: 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am) Woodhaven at Bay City is seeking compassionate and dependable Part-Time & Full-Time Caregivers to join our team! We are a faith-based, nonprofit senior living community providing Independent Living and Assisted Living services. Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and hygiene. Support residents' nutritional needs, including meal preparation, serving, feeding, and hydration. Administer and document medications according to physician orders and facility policy. Observe and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, and incidents.

Encourage and participate in resident activities that promote engagement and well-being. Perform housekeeping duties, including resident room cleaning, laundry, and dining room duties. Maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff. Collaborate with members of the care team and participate in care conference meetings.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, training, attendance, and other facility requirements.

Qualifications

& Benefits: Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and confidentiality. A caring and compassionate attitude toward older adults.
