Senior Technical Trainer

We are seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to support a mission-critical enterprise.

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable learning solutions. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in adult learning methodologies.

Responsibilities

Ensure eLearning is delivered to end-users. Ensure learning solutions are compliant with government standards. Develop modern systems which enables users to effectively adopt and understand applications, and technologies. Required Qualifications Must posses an active Top Secret Clearance Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience Deliver AI and Machine Learning models utilizing frameworks like Tensor Flow.

Deep subject knowledge, instructional design abilities and interpersonal skills to translate complex concepts into clear lessons. F
