Program Supervisor

As the Program Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team providing short-term stabilization services to youth as they build skills to thrive at home, school, and in their community. You’ll oversee clinical quality, program operations, safety, and staff development while creating a supportive treatment environment. Working closely with the Program Director, you’ll help recruit, train, and mentor a strong team and build relationships that support the program’s success.

This is an opportunity to use your leadership and clinical expertise to make a meaningful impact for youth and families. This role requires a California BBS license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
