Assistant Director of Operations - Residential

As an Assistant Director, you'll play a key leadership role in the daily operations of our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP), helping ensure clients receive high-quality, compassionate, and responsive care. You'll mentor and support staff, partner with families and community providers, and help drive program success through effective leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to positive client outcomes.
